Martin O'Neill oficjalnie został nowym szkoleniowcem Nottingham Forest - poinformował angielski klub za pośrednictwem strony internetowej.
67-letni trener zastąpił Aitora Karankę, który opuścił klub w miniony piątek.
Irlandczyk od 2013 roku pełnił funkcję selekcjonera reprezentacji Irlandii. W przeszłości prowadził także takie kluby jak Aston Villa, Sunderland, Leicester City oraz Norwich City.
Obecnie Nottingham zajmuje dziewiąte miejsce w tabeli Championship i ma na koncie 39 punktów.
